Rosalia is a supporting character in Who Made Me a Princess and the maternal aunt of Jennette Margarita.

Countess Rosalia had curly shoulder-length brown hair with straight square bangs framing her pale face.
As a noblewoman, she typically wore gowns of dark shades and was often draped in ornate accessories. Countess Rosalia was a very ambitious woman who was willing to take extreme measures to bring prosperity to her family.

Following the introduction of Jennette Margarita's being to the imperial family, Countess Rosalia began to construct a plan of action. With a scheme to set her niece as the first heir to the throne, the countess framed the fearful and submissive Athanasia de Alger Obelia with the poisoning of Jennette. Though her plan swung slightly awry, the ruthless emperor hanging his first daughter without trial.

Contrary to the first timeline, Countess Rosalia is killed in a harsh landslide on her way to the capital.

Athanasia de Alger Obelia[]
In the original plot of The Lovely Princess, Countess Rosalia took advantage of Athanasia's timid disposition and framed her for poisoning Jennette Margarita. Though she was hoping to oust Athanasia from the imperial family and secure Jennette's future as the Crown Princess, Claude de Alger Obelia mercilessly executed Athanasia without a trial.[1]
Jennette Margarita[]
Countess Rosalia was Jennette's aunt; upon the birth of her niece, she hid the young princess in the care of the Alpheus family. After Jennette was accepted into the imperial family, Countess Rosalia sought an opportunity to secure her niece's future as the first heir to the throne. The countess poisoned Jennette and framed Athanasia de Alger Obelia for the crime, hoping that the latter would lose any succession rights.[1]

- The name Rosalia is a feminine given name of Latin origin meaning "Rose" and was the name of an early saint, Saint Rosalia.
- In Latin, the Rosalia was a festival of roses celebrated variously throughout the Roman Empire.[2]
Trivia[]
- Rosalia was killed by a landslide caused by Lucas messing with the world tree, but this incident never occurred in the first timeline.
- Although Countess Rosalia has never made an official appearance, she has been mentioned a number of times throughout the series.
