Episode 80 is the eightieth released episode of Who Made Me a Princess by Spoon.
Summary[]
Lucas visits Athanasia’s chambers at night to inform her that Claude has managed to fall asleep, deciding to refrain from sharing that the emperor’s condition has exacerbated. After Lucas leaves, she recalls the difficulties the original Athanasia from The Lovely Princess endured and begins to cry. The next morning, Athanasia attempts to figure out what variable ultimately caused the current timeline to diverge from the original plot of the novel. Realizing that the only difference was that she met Claude four years earlier than the original timeline, Athanasia deduces that being near her childhood self contradicted the very reason Claude meddled with black magic and allowed him to break the curse. As she explains her deductions to Lucas, he silently notes that Athanasia, a person who has transcended through time and dimensions, is possibly the only person who can experience post-mortem dreams. Keeping these thoughts to himself, Lucas explains to her that Claude likely used two different types of black magic to eradicate his emotions and erase his memories.
