Summary[]
With pressure from Jennette and Athanasia, Anastacius and Claude agree to try and improve their relationship. The carriage sets out, and the pair embarks on their journey to a brighter future. In seeing the two off, Athanasia and Claude climb the tower, hoping to wave to them. Jennette teases her father about his worries for his younger brother, reminding him of their promise. Looking out the window of their carriage, Jennette notices Athanasia atop the tower. Claude snickers at Anastacius' foreign behavior as his older brother and niece wave back at him.
